Civil Construction Update

So i'm here to spill the beans on the real action in our interior design process. Today, we're diving deep into our first site visit, where we're making sure everything's on track to bring our design vision to life.

Sill level block work walls for interior architectural changes in residential apartment.

We rolled up to the site, full of excitement and a touch of nerves. Walls have been knocked down, new ones are going up - it's a whirlwind of construction, and we're right in the thick of it. First step : checking out the foundation. We did a quick once-over during the single brick layer phase, but now that we're at sill level, it's time to get serious. Armed with measuring tape and a keen eye, we're making sure every dimension is as per our needs.

It's not just about the measurements - it's about the size of the space and the feel of it. Is the bedroom too tight? Is the living room gonna be big enough to put all that furniture we are putting in our drawings?

We're scrutinising every alignment of the block work, making sure it's all top-notch. If something's not up to snuff, our site supervisor makes a note of it and later gets it rectified in the coming week. But we are pretty satisfied with how the space is coming along, our bedrooms have enough space and our walk in wardrobes are very spacious as well. We have added a few doors in our layout so we did have to make sure to have the sizes of the openings were standardised. As we wrap up our site check visit and head back to the drawing board, we're feeling pumped for the journey ahead.

Stay tuned for more updates!

Warm regards,

Esha
